Baking Sourdough at Home
Learn the basics of sourdough baking. This class will guide you through a no-knead method of baking. Participants will learn how to shape, fold and score a loaf, how to take care of your starter, and what to do with leftover starter. You’ll take home strong sourdough starter, a loaf to bake at home, a packet of recipes and a proving basket! You will also leave with the knowledge and confidence you need to start baking sourdough at home regularly.

Hearty Summer Salads & Grain Bowls
Go beyond the basic garden salad and learn how to make hearty, filling salads with seasonal ingredients. In this class we’ll cover how to increase your veggies every day with plant based meals that are delicious, filling and easy. You’ll learn how to make savory, healthy salads, grain bowls and dressings. Participants will taste a variety of vegetarian salad & grain style meals, and take home a savory grain-salad with dressing as well as a packet of information and recipes.

All Things Cinnamon
A favorite spice all year long, cinnamon is extra special in baked goods. Learn all the tips and tricks to making delicious overnight brioche cinnamon rolls, cinnamon swirl bread and Swedish cinnamon/cardamom snacking bread. Participants will get to taste delectable treats and take home 9 cinnamon buns (with icing) to bake the following day and a packet of recipes and info!

Plant Based Meal Planning
If you’re bored of making the same old veggie sides and want fresh ways to add more plants to your diet, this class is for you! Go beyond basic salads and smoothies and start adding delicious, and filling vegetable dishes to your weekly meal plans. Participants will take home a packet of ideas and recipes as well as a fully prepped vegetarian meal they can prepare at home.

The Great British Bake Off Series
Are you a fan of Bake-Off, but intimidated by the recipes? In this series, we’ll take a page from the Great British Bake Off and perfect British classics like Victoria Sponge, Millionaire’s Shortbread and the Bakewell Tart! We’ll be baking in class, so bring your apron!
6/27: Victoria Sponge - Learn how to make a light, airy cake layered with jam and cream. Participants will go home with a layer cake, a packet of info & recipes.
7/18: Millionaire’s Shortbread - Learn how to build a layered bar of chocolate ganache, caramel and crisp shortbread. Participants will go home with a platter of shortbread, a packet of info & recipes.
8/1: Bakewell Tart - Learn how to make shortcrust pastry, and layer it with frangipane and jam. Participants will go home with a layered tart, a packet of info & recipes.

No-knead Focaccia
Golden Brown & Soft and Chewy, focaccia is a crowd pleaser! Learn the ins and outs of this Italian delight, so you can impress your friends at your next gathering. You will take home a loaf to bake the following day, plus a recipes for flavored focaccia and delicious dips!

How we utilize the summer season provides the foundation that propels our energy and vitality throughout the rest of the year. In this class, you’ll learn how to harness this vibrant summer energy, through deeper understanding of seasonal lifestyle practices and dietary changes that will help you flourish and feel aligned with this invigorating season. Participants will go home with a booklet of recipes and practices to support them through Summer. Nourishing seasonal snacks and drinks provided.

Don’t have time to make breakfast in the morning? Tired of eggs and oatmeal? This class will help you think outside of the breakfast box. Discover adaptable recipes filled with healthy ingredients that don’t require spending precious time at the stove in the mornings. Participants will taste lots of breakfast treats and take home healthy, no-bake granola bars as well as a packet of curated recipes.

Spring Shrubs & Fruit Syrups
Elevate your beverage offerings at your next gathering with homemake shrubs, drink mixers and fabulous garnishes. Learn how to make fruity shrubs, no-cook syrups and beautiful, delicious garnishes for mocktails - no alcohol required! Participants will take home a packet of recipes, a jar of fruit shrub and a bottle of fruit syrup!
English Muffins & Freezer Jam
Light and chewy with lovely “nooks and crannies” to hold all the butter and jam, english muffins are a delightful treat any time of year. Learn how to make this no-knead recipe (that also doesn’t require an oven) and easy freezer jam, no water bath canning required. Participants will take english muffin dough home and a jar of freezer jam as well as a packet of information and recipes.
